The secretary general of the PSOE in Lorca, Diego Ferra, today expressed his doubts after learning that, according to the PP Mayor, Francisco Jodar, Chinese investment project could start running later this year.
To Ferra that is "materially impossible and Jódar knows because the processing of planning agreement is exactly the same spot where we left the Socialists last four years."
Ferra recalled that the agreement that affects the El Churtal, 3.8 million square meters of rustic land in La Tova, which is scheduled ZEIC development, is in the Initial Approval status since 2006.
Then, the PP government team has promoted the following steps, including the tentative approval, the final amendment of General Plan Municipal Planning and the development of partial plans.
The socialist leader has asked if Jódar so clear that the work could begin this year, why has not bothered to manage urban processing.
