Municipal sources have pointed to the formation UPD which municipal accounts are now clearer than ever.
In case you have not heard yet, the city of Lorca has reduced its debt in the last 4 years (the worst of the crisis) at 7.2 million euros.
It is recalled that in 2007 the debt generated by the PSOE was 105.2 million, while today is 98.
The same sources have detailed UPD should also know that the deficit inherited by the current municipal administration was 31 million euros, a figure that has been cut to 2.5 million.
On the state of the municipal coffers, the situation of the Municipality of Lorca is the same as the rest of Consistory, working to help citizens cope with the effects of the crisis.
In reference to the prison tank closure, UPD are reminded that this decision is motivated because the City does not have to pay 600,000 euros each year for its maintenance, since it is a responsibility of the Government of the Nation.
To clarify the confusion in economics that seems to have UPD, remember that this decision is motivated by the current state of the municipal coffers, but we are talking about the improper jurisdiction, ie, charges that the City has but must be paid by other administrations.
This closure has been made because we have no reason Lorca spend our money on issues that have to be borne by the Government of the Nation.
