The Urban Area of ​​the Municipality of Lorca is working these days to approve, as soon as possible, two major development projects in the environment of Marin Way called to either side of the railway Lorca-Eagles.
These development projects are those relating to R-9 Partial Plan and Performance Unit 71.
These works are important because they will definitely open the Marin Trail, which is now open in part from the entrance to the Way of the Cat.
This road will, when fully urbanized, a wide throughout its length of 15 meters.
These infrastructure works are complete urbanization of Sector 10 around the Road Jack with a large green area that will undoubtedly be the most extensive municipal Hull.

Underwent a PGOM Amendment adopted on 28 February 2008.
This Amendment was to integrate a rail underpass provided by RENFE not be necessary if eventually bury the rail in this area of ​​space.
The proposed land subdivision was approved on March 8, 2011 by Local Government.
The building blocks are available in 4 and a group of houses clustered with a total floor area of ​​21,838 m² (218 VV approx.)

The new road urbanized amounts to 3,652 m².
