The Town Planning of the City of Lorca, Francisco Garcia, has reported that hundreds of technical reviews for two hours the buildings across the city and its districts to analyze the damage caused by yesterday's earthquake.
The mayors of Planning and Public Works at 7:00 am formed a working committee with the Director General of Planning and Housing, the Director General of Transport, and the presidents of the Official College of Architects, Technical Architects and Civil Engineers to coordinate any action which had become more than a hundred professionals in groups of between 7 and 10 professionals led by an officer will visit the buildings of the city.
These working groups will be accessing buildings and killing them with the following colors:
- Green: No problems for occupancy and access
- Yellow: Entrance with caution (to remove furniture, ...)
- Red: It is forbidden to enter that building
Will gradually be adding new technicians and those from the School of Architecture at the Polytechnic University of Cartagena and a team of 15 people of the City of Madrid specializing in the stability analysis of buildings.
Finally, for the attention to the plight of the buildings have been set up five tables in the Plaza of Spain and a new phone number (968 47 81 85), complementary to the previously provided for emergencies and citizen orientation.
