To help earthquake victims in Lorca, Grupo Leche Pascual sent today, from its plant in Aranda de Duero, in Burgos, a 18-ton trailer with 60,000 containers of juice, yogurt, butter and other dairy products destined for the Bank Food Murcia.
According to company sources, "Leche Pascual has a close relationship with the Food Bank as eligible for donations of products with the best guarantees, since they act as the last link in our commitment to society.
In the current emergency, Leche Pascual is summed with the material contribution to the solidarity that all Spain is making to alleviate the damage and needs resulting from the population Lorca. "
For years, Grupo Leche Pascual social donation channels for their products, mainly from the factory in Aranda de Duero, through food banks.
Throughout 2010, Leche Pascual has thus reached more than twenty of these entities, spread across all the autonomous communities, with yogurts, juices, smoothies or cereal.
Coinciding with World Food Day, Grupo Leche Pascual in October 2010 received the prize "Golden Spike" of the Spanish Federation of Food Banks to "company whose collaboration has been more valued."
