The Government delegate, Rafael González Tovar, announced today that the Central Electoral Board, in response to a request from the Murcia Provincial Electoral Board has decided as follows:
"Given the uniqueness of the circumstances that take place in town of Lorca, and given the urgency of the request to grant the request by the Electoral Provincial de Murcia. Voters who have requested a postal vote in Lorca and not had been pursued for not having received the documentation, may cast his vote in post offices in that town during the same election day. The Postal Service must give their votes to transfer lectorales tables with all the guarantees for electoral legislation required before the closing time of polls. "
Consistent with this, Postal has opened offices in Lorca for these voters to fulfill their right to vote.
