The objective is to coordinate the efforts of organizations that have provided and are providing assistance to the municipality as well as other organizations still willing to lend their collaboration, consider a coordinated work of social movements, citizen and volunteer, can make an great consistency and coherence to the work that occurs during a time may be months, both in the restoration of property as in covering the basic needs of those affected.
