The Government delegate, Rafael González Tovar, announced today that at its meeting this morning, the Council of Ministers has agreed to making the agreement because of the special delegate of the Tax Agency in Murcia, 23 May, authorizing remedial measures to be performed in the headquarters building of the Tax Agency in Lorca, worth approximately 400,000 euros.
The emergency actions will be considered in accordance with Article 15 Conditions of employment of the Royal Decree 6 / 2011 May 13, by adopting urgent measures to repair damage caused by the earthquake of May 11.
Tovar Gonzalez recalled that the building site of the Tax Agency in Lorca, Murcia, located in Calle Santo Domingo 11, suffered as a result of earthquake damage that affect all its plants and the facade: cracks, peeling, bulges and cracks, including major structural damage.
The technical report recommended the repair done such damage in the shortest possible time and the declaration of emergency work.
The delegate of the Government has informed the Council of Ministers has also agreed to this proposal of the Minister of Labour and Immigration, Valeriano Gomez, carried out emergency works to repair the damage caused by the earthquake of May 11 Call Centre and Information Security (CAISS) Lorca.
The declaration of emergency to tackle the repair of damage caused by the earthquake in CAISS was approved by the director general of the National Institute of Social Security on 16 May and requires knowledge of the Council of Ministers to acquire legal effect .
The works cost a total of 53 100 euros and were receptions on 26 May.
