Given the statements made by the PP senator, José Joaquín Peñarrubia, the Government Delegation in Murcia has stated the following:
1 .- The handling of multiple requests for assistance (housing, furnishings, rent) is made by the Autonomous Community, who must submit all records to the Joint Committee established for the purpose for evaluation and approval and which also present the state administration and the city of Lorca.
2 ª) to find all the files in the Autonomous Community and have not convened the Commission, the State Administration has not had access to any of them and therefore could not delay processing.
3 º) Senator Peñarrubia well aware of this procedure because it is the same used in the processing of aid caused by the earthquakes of Mula, Campos del Rio and Albudeite, occurred when he was a government representative in the Region of Murcia.
4 º) Therefore, the statements made by Senator PP unfounded, because those procedures that relate to the Government of Spain are effectively speeding to Lorca and its citizens recover as soon as normal.
