Municipal Communications Spokesperson of the City of Lorca, Maria del Carmen Ruiz, reported that the Mayor has called a new meeting of the Bureau for Development to be held on Thursday 14th July at 5pm at the Centre for Development Local.

Jódar Ruiz explained that this session will present the measures that have been enabled by the council based on the proposals agreed by the Bureau for Development.

Such is the case of repayable advances of up to 1,500 euros, the processing began on Monday at the point of care to the citizens for this purpose on the Cultural Center of the City.

Jódar Ruiz has stated that another proposal of the mayor will be the establishment of 1,500 euros in aid to families who have lost their homes (or this is uninhabitable) and the wares that were in it, and another 800 euros for those citizens who have lost their homes but were able to save their belongings.

Communication Spokesperson has stated that the mayor will also propose the delivery of 500,000 € for the revival of socio-economic fabric of the municipality.

It is an aid that will be targeted, in particular traders Lorca, who have particularly suffered the blow of earthquakes in their facilities.

This aid will be delivered to Ceclor to channel and determine its best use.
