The Mayor of Lorca, Francisco Jodar has received a delegation from the municipality of Pilar de la Horadada, led by its first mayor, José Fidel Ros, who has moved to our city to deliver a solidarity of 15,000 euros.
Of this amount, a total of 10,000 euros correspond to the revenue obtained from holding a bingo supportive, while others are 5,000 euros contribution from the council.
Lorca Mayor thanked the gesture of the Alicante town, and anticipated that this amount will become part of the economic channels and manages the Bureau for Development, in order to help address the most urgent needs of victims of Lorca earthquake of May 11.
Lorca Mayor has also received the representatives of the theater group "The Daring", White Township, who have made delivery of a beneficial collaboration of 1,081 euros, resulting from the performance of a play performed in that municipality to benefit the victims of the May 11 earthquake.
The delegation is headed by the Councillor for Finance of the City of White, Esther Horton.
The fate of this cooperation will be the background of the Bureau for Development.
