Pedro Sosa Martinez, municipal councilor of the IU-Greens group in the city of Lorca notes that on several occasions his municipal group has warned of the need of maximizing the security measures against risks of landslides still exist in cornices, parapets of the walls or damaged buildings.

A sample of the risk to which we refer is the accident yesterday afternoon (Wednesday 7/27/11), when a woman was struck by falling debris in the street Juan Carlos I, with serious injuries, an issue that deeply regrets IU -Green.

That's why IU-Greens Councillor requests the City Council to review again all those buildings may have detached elements and take appropriate measures to that effect.
