On July 4, 2011 the representative of CCOO Social Council in paragraph CIFP asked Q & A about the economic situation of the Centre and more specifically whether a game would be released for cleaning the same, since until then was being paid to the cleaning company from the Centre itself, subtracting money needed for the proper functioning of the Centre.
The representative of the Ministry, more specifically the Directorate General of Vocational Training, said to be included in the budget an additional cleaning of approximately 35,000 € and would not have trouble finishing the year, while acknowledging that to date had not entered a single euro of the 2011 budget.
To date, October 7, 2011, not only has not received a single euro of the operating expense item, representing a total amount of 80 606 € '50 for 2011, but additional departure cleaning value € 35,100, the center reported, curiously dated April 15, 2011, has still not got a penny.
The only item that has been effective is that of the SEF (Employment and Training Service), but is a final part dedicated to the training activities provided by that body.
The situation is unsustainable as much because of the earthquake on May 11, the center is forced to share space with IES Ramón Arcas, which runs four training cycles and the IES Giner Ros, who is there coyunturalmente his secretary so that the center is double the number of people who use it daily.
However, the Directorate General of Vocational Training seems to ignore this and still does not give effect to the necessary financial allocations so they can be taught in the classes CIFP appropriate and dignified conditions.

For everything from CCOO ask the Ministry of Education training and employment that give effect to the allocations to CIFP Lorca and execute emergency works to be undertaken.
