The Ministry of Universities, Business and Research, through the Instituto de Fomento de la Region de Murcia (info), has signed a cooperation agreement with ten banks to finance the normalization of the business of small and medium enterprises and autonomous Lorca, who were affected by the earthquake on May 11.
The agreement reflects the commitment of financial institutions to create a liquidity that is available to SMEs, and to establish a period of up to two years for repayment of mortgage loans and other business operations.
For its part, the Institute of Development offers employers a financing Lorca called ICO-catastrophe, for the reconstruction of the damage to businesses and shops.
This line is active collaboration with the Instituto de Crédito Oficial.
The info is responsible for subsidizing the interest arising from these loans, with the aim of alleviating the financial burden of employers and assist in the revitalization of the business Lorca.
Ten financial institutions that signed the protocol are Cajamurcia, Banco Popular, Banco Valencia, CAM, La Caixa, Bankia, Banco Santander, Banesto, Bankinter Cajamar.
Loan applications must be submitted directly to these associates, who then collect the necessary documentation for the award of the grant and forward it to the Institute of Development.
