The singer Juan Lorca Marin, guitarist Jose Ruiz and the dance studio Nuria Guevara also act in the event of Peña Flamenca Cultural City of the Sun, to be held on November 4 at the fairgrounds in Santa Quiteria.
The Councillor for Culture of the City of Lorca, Sandra Martinez, this morning the XXII International Festival de Cante Flamenco Sun City is a tribute to Lorca through the selfless participation of six singers winners of the Golden Sun, the singer Lorca Juan Marín, guitarist Jose Ruiz and the dance studio Nuria Guevara.
Martinez explained that this event, organized annually by the Cultural Peña Flamenca Sun City, will be held on November 4 at the fairgrounds in Santa Quiteria at 21:30 hours and still the price of admission 10 euros, which can be purchased at the headquarters of the rock itself and the same day of the show at the fairgrounds.
Specifically, next Friday will be uploaded on to the stage Lorca Isabelita Rico (Sol de Oro 2010), Manuela Perez Laino (Sol de Oro 2008), Jose Leon (Sol de Oro 2007), José Chamizo (Sol de Oro 2006), Domingo Herrerías (Sol de Oro 2005) and Paco Moya (Sol de Oro 2000) along with the aforementioned artists, who claim that this show is a festival in honor of those affected by the earthquake of May 11.
The mayor of Culture thanked the artists for their generous collaboration to help in these difficult times for our city, make this important festival for the city's cultural life.
