From 10:30 hours the streets of the City of the Sun will also host the second organized by 12,500 meters healthy Eliocroca Sports Association in collaboration with the City Council.

Councilman Sports City of Lorca, Augustine Llamas, has announced that this Sunday the streets of the City of the Sun will become for the twenty fourth time in the setting of the Lorca City Half Marathon Grand Prix Sport-Zone, a test involving more than 1,200 athletes will be among the double world champion Abel Anton marathon.

Llamas explained from 10:30 hours the streets of Lorca also host the second organized by 12,500 meters healthy Eliocroca Sports Association in collaboration with the City Council.

The mayor stressed that this year has broken records for registration and an increase of local participants and women.

The track, approved by the RFEA and totally urban, with a distance of 21,097 meters, will leave from the Avenida Europa, via the Avenida Rafael Maroto, C / Pedro Soler, C / Eulogio Periago, C / San Fernando, Substation Water Eroski Parking San Diego to the C / Juan Dimas.

This route and surrounding streets will remain closed to traffic from 10:00 hours until 13:00.

Llamas Augustine also thanked the cooperation of the sponsors as Tretelco-Vodafone, Daen, Eroski, CajaMurcia, 'Lorca Workshop of Time', Aquadeus, among others.
