The Councillor for Health of the City of Lorca, Antonia Lopez, General Manager of Citizen and Drug Addiction Autonomous Community, Juan Manuel Ruiz, the Regional Government Commissioner for the Campus Lorca, Juan Ramón Medina, and the president of the Ethics Committee Health Area III, Nicholas Sylvester, opened the meeting declared to be of medical science.

Meanwhile Juan Manuel Ruiz stressed that the presence of ethics committees in all health areas in the region is a guarantee to improve service to citizens.
