It is the result of an agreement of 1.5 million euros between the municipality and the Ministry of Commerce.
This amount comes to Lorca by the Directors-General of Trade of the 17 autonomous Spanish gave up the help that they correspond to the condition that should be earmarked for our town
The councilman of Commerce and Management of Earthquake Recovery, Eduardo Martinez Sanchez and Satur, have reported that the Board of Governors has approved in its meeting this morning an agreement of collaboration between the city council and the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade to help marketers Lorca earthquake victims by May 11.
Councillors explained that it is a contribution of EUR 1.5 million that comes to our city closed following the agreement earlier this year by the Board of Directors-General of Trade of the Autonomous Communities of Spain.
Under the contract, the autonomous communities gave the contribution to be received by the Central Government, provided that the economic pillar aims to help traders Lorca.

The Councillors have anticipated that this money will go to help merchants Lorca that were seriously damaged by earthquakes.
Note that the above agreement will be signed shortly by the Mayor of Lorca, Francisco Jodar, and Secretary of State for Tourism and Domestic Trade, Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism, Joan Mesquida.
It provides in this regard that this amount be transferred before December 15.
The agreement ratified by the Local Government is to establish the conditions for financial support from the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade to the City of Lorca to meet the needs of the commercial sector affected by the earthquake mentioned in the municipality of the city and that fall within any of the action lines of the Trade Development Program Improvement Plan Urban Productivity and Competitiveness of Commerce 2009-2012.
They may also be subject to the aid of this Convention activities, not being covered by the Plan to Improve Productivity and Trade Competitiveness 2009-2012, can be related in an obvious way with the spirit of it and contribute to the rehabilitation of businesses and their environment in the municipality of Lorca, thus covering all the action lines set out in Article 2 of Royal Decree Law 17/2011 of 31 October.
