The Governing Council has approved a decree amending Decree 68/2011 of May 16 which covers aid for the repair and reconstruction of houses affected by the earthquakes Lorca May 11.
With this adaptation policy, the Government extends the aforementioned regional aid, as it facilitates the access of communities to aid homeowners to repair or rehabilitate common elements of the wrecked buildings.
The Community was able to make this change after the State has issued regulations establishing the measures which reflected the initial decree.
Furthermore, the amendment now agreed exceptional habitual residence requirement for owners of homes demolished, provided that 80 percent of homes in distress constitute the usual residence of their owners.
It also specifies the documentation that must accompany the request for aid, mainly in the case of communities of owners.
The Autonomous Community establishes a new deadline of one month to submit applications that are the subject of this new regional regulations.
