Will soon be paid the amounts of the 4 th and 5 th meetings in the housing chapter
The next Monday, December 5, at five in the afternoon they will meet again at its sixth session, the Joint Committee established by Royal Decree Law 6 / 2011 laying down urgent measures to repair damage earthquakes of last May in Lorca.
This meeting will be co-chaired by the delegate of the Government in Murcia, Rafael González Tovar, and the Minister of Public Works and Planning, Antonio Sevilla.
The purpose of the sixth Joint Commission Meeting is to discuss a new block of records from the Royal Decree, which provides relief efforts to repair the earthquake stricken homes, rent for relocation of those affected and repair of appliances.
So far the Joint Commission has studied a total of 4340 cases, involving economic aid worth more than EUR 17,410,000, 50% financed by the state and regional authorities, of which the State has already transferred to the Autonomous Community 2,853,174 euros, which represents over 32% of the amount due.
Of this amount, 1,253,826 euros are intended for home repair, and other euro 1,599,347 for rental and replacement of appliances.
Likewise, the amounts of commissions in the fourth and fifth chapter of homes are already approved by the Council of Ministers and are in the process of crediting the region.
The Commission, which was established last May 25 in Lorca, is mandated to assess and quantify the aid granted to individuals, in respect of applications filed, by lease, reconstruction, rehabilitation or repair of houses that constitute the usual residence and and for the replenishment of household necessities.
