Applications approved a total of 5534, accounting assistance valued at 21,313,064.57 euros
The Joint Committee established by Royal Decree Law 6 / 2011 by which urgent action to repair the damage caused by the earthquakes of last May in Lorca late 1194 has studied the records of requests for aid to stricken homes as a result of earthquakes.
In such cases, the Joint Commission has given approval to 468 applications for home repair (3193825, 34 euros) and 95 for the payment of rentals for relocation (708,513 euros).
The remainder, a total of 631, the records are denied, because it compensated for the Insurance Compensation Consortium is above the valuation made by the Commission.
The Commission, which was established last May 25 in Lorca, is mandated to assess and quantify the aid granted to individuals, in respect of applications filed, by lease, reconstruction, rehabilitation or repair of houses that constitute the usual residence and and for the replenishment of household necessities.

Global data of the aid approved by the Joint Commission
The cases studied in the six meetings of the Joint Commission a total of 5534, accounting assistance valued at 21,313,064.57 euros, broken down as follows:
- Total aid for the repair and reconstruction of homes: 2,895 (EUR 17,405,855.13).
- Total support for rental housing: 571 (3,907,209.44 euros).
-Total records rejected because it compensated for the Insurance Compensation Consortium is above the valuation made by the Commission: 2,068.
Submitted grant applications amounting to 15,912, making up a total of 13,776 applications processed.
Of these, 12,860 are for home repair, 1558 are for rent, 916 for rebuilding homes and 578 for replacement of appliances.
The Autonomous Region has reported that the computation of dossiers submitted has varied due to the extension of the deadline for submission of aid, which began last July 19 and ended on November 28.
