The budgets of the Community have been discussed, while unknown items in the State Budget
The regional government considers that the Socialist deputy, Bartholomew Soler, has had to be absent during the parliamentary proceedings of the General Budget of the Community for 2012, as each member of the Governing Council appeared before the Regional Parliament to explain the items to mitigate the damage after the earthquake in Lorca.
From 29 November to 2 December, each of the directors of the Murcian Government appeared and discussed with the opposition the budgets of their respective departments, including Lorca, so it is regrettable the attitude displayed today by Deputy socialist who has been absent, has not been attentive to these hearings, or has not acted in Parliament.
The General Budget Law does establish the Community funding extraordinary items for the damage caused by earthquakes, while the unknown Murcia appropriations should appear in the State Budget, as the government socialist party they belong in Deputy Lorca, has not presented this year.
Finally, in addition to the appropriations of each department, the Popular Parliamentary Group introduced a specific law on fiscal measures to help those affected by earthquakes in Lorca and encourage economic activity in the municipality.
