Councilman Hall Tourism, Francisco Montiel, received this morning officers of the company Paradores, who have moved to our city to deliver a solidarity aid, in addition to the various actions that have been completed by that entity to help those affected by earthquakes.
These include making available for free with 4 rooms for 8 days in bed and breakfast for the group of 112 volunteers, who was working in the city performing debris removal tasks.
This transfer was requested by the municipality of Lorca.
Paradores also helped prepare 500 portions of food were sent in time to meet the needs of inmates in the camp of La Torrecilla.
Francisco Montiel has been the Director of the Parador de Puerto Lumbreras, Francisco Manuel Jesus Perez, as well as Regional Director for South-East of Spain Paradores, Rull Virginia Diez, who have given financial aid of 1,028 euros to assist the Bureau for Development.
This is part of the funds raised by this entity in the second edition of his "Flamenco Evening".
