The University of Murcia, Lorca presented a new goat's milk cheese from Murcia, Granada, congealed artichoke plants with flowers during a ceremony which took place on the premises of the cooperative "Food."
This new cheese has been devised by the research group led by Professor Maria Belen Lopez, Department of Food Technology, Nutrition and Food Science, University of Murcia.
The product has been achieved under a project of the Center for Industrial Technological Development.
Cheese is a process in which agents have been applied alternative to the traditional coagulation employees and expand the supply of goat cheese produced in the Region of Murcia.
After the presentation, attendees, among whom was the rector of International Relations and Research Associate at the University of Murcia, Gaspar Ros, Councilman of the City of Mecca and Angel Ramon Lorca's own research, had the opportunity to participate in a tasting.
