The Office of Government Commissioner for the actions derived Lorca earthquake has published a guide for the reconstruction of the demolished buildings as a result of the quake.
The Guide is intended to provide guidance to homeowners in condominium regime located in buildings that have been destroyed or have had to be demolished as a result of damage in the municipality.
The document will be available to all concerned from tomorrow on the websites of the Ministries of the Presidency and Public Works, and www.fomento.gob.es www.mpr.gob.es
The guide comes from the difficulties of the need for unanimity on the part of owners for the reconstruction of homes demolished, and the difficulties they pose to individuals rebuilding their own homes.
With its publication giving effect to the Council of Ministers Agreement dated October 28, 2011.
The guide is divided into three distinct blocks.
The first one asks and provides answers to key legal issues, including determining the ownership of the property, the obligations of owners, the legal form that may take the former community of owners, the processing of cadastral registration registration, etc..
The second section deals with economic and financial issues, including a summary of grants and subsidies that you can choose and a summary of the main taxes that accompany the process of reconstruction.
Finally, the third section of the guide is devoted to the study of architectural and planning related to influence the process of reconstruction.
