The Ministry of Public Works and Planning, through the Housing and Land Institute (IVS), initiates the recruitment of the repair of 35 public housing units were affected by the earthquakes in Lorca, which allocated around 526,000 euros.

The IVS intervened in this group of houses, at first, making urgent works to clear debris from the building elements concerned in order to allow the return of the affected families.
Given the urgent need to undertake the works, the Institute for Housing and Land in the Region of Murcia award the contract by an emergency procedure and its execution time is 3 months.
