Economy Councilman of the City of Lorca, Luis Amador, Lorca has been reported that the bonus can apply for 5% of the IBI receipt (contribution) for 2012, splitting into two payment receipt, which must be domiciled with the express request before March 30.

Applications may be submitted to the Registry of the City of Lorca, in the offices of municipal decentralization in neighborhoods and districts, records of the General State Administration in the Autonomous Communities, and through other forms laid down in Article 38.4 of Law 30/1992 of 26 November (as certified mail, administrative).

To qualify for this bonus set in the ordinance regulating the IBI tax for the year 2012 (Article 9) the amount of the receipt of the Property Tax (IBI) will have to split and involves the payment of that amount in two installments: the first shall be charged on 30 June or next business immediately, and the second on November 30th or next business immediately after notification to your home, if applicable, the amount and other essential details of the receipt.
