The Governing Council approved an agreement between the Ministry of Public Works and Planning and the city of Lorca for the implementation of a comprehensive Advice Bureau for the reconstruction of houses affected by the earthquakes in this county.

The office functions make information and free advice to the public on all aspects that may affect the work of rebuilding their homes.

Also provide information on the performance of cadastral procedures, Notary and Land Registry, and will guide the management of the owner communities.

Similarly, work place information on the recruitment of technicians, insurance companies and construction companies, and the responsibilities of these professionals in terms of time, quality and security for homeowners.

Also detail the phases of grant management and, in general, anything else that can generate the reconstruction of houses affected by the earthquakes.
