The Secretary General of the PSOE in Lorca, Juan Antonio Hurtado, Lorca represent socialism in the Federal Congress of the PSOE, the next 3, 4 and 5 February in Seville.
In the Extraordinary Regional Congress PSRM-PSOE held last Saturday in Murcia, Hurtado was chosen as number 6 on the list of consensus presented by the Regional Executive Committee which won 80.4% of the votes of the delegates to the congress leaving the list without representation "alternative" that got the 20% required.
The list of 26 delegates of the Socialist Party of the Region of Murcia, which will come in February to the Federal Congress in Seville, in which the PSOE will elect the new party secretary general, has no favorite candidate or a "default position" and is headed by the Mayor of Lorquí, Joaquin Hernandez.
