Councillor of Tourism of the City of Lorca, Francisco Montiel, has reported that this event is just one of the promotional activities being undertaken to stimulate the economy of the city, among which include the appearance in tourist magazines.

Councillor of Tourism of the City of Lorca, Francisco Montiel, has reported that last Wednesday afternoon presented the Easter Lorca and Lorca heritage status in the room "Cultural Area" of the English Court of Alicante, which was packed public.
Montiel explained that this event was held in the hand of the Retirees Association of Nursing Alicante and in the same there was a projection on the historical heritage of Lorca and the other on biblicopasionales parades.
The mayor explained that this event is just one of the promotional activities being undertaken to stimulate the economy of the city, among which include the appearance in tourist magazines.
Among those attending the ceremony were President of the Association of Artists Alicantinos, Juan Antonio Poblador, and representatives of travel agencies and ONCE.
Finally, the Councillor for Tourism thanked the cooperation of several publications that have worked or will work in the coming weeks as volunteers with the spread of Holy Week in Lorca.
