Councilman Sports City of Lorca, Augustine Llamas, reported that on Sunday March 25th was held the 2nd route of the "Bike and Nature 2012" organized by the Sports Department in collaboration with the Association Lorca - Santiago and area included within the "Activities in the wild."
After loading the bikes and riders to transport to the starting point, the hamlet Lorca de Aviles came out of this 2nd route at 9:30 pm.
From there, tracks and trails, the squad headed for the Sierra de Selva and La Lavia, which took place on supplies.
Note that it reached a maximum altitude of 1,034 meters and a height of 781 meters, which together with the snow that remained on the trees and on the floor, if it is allowed to enjoy even more of the sites of exceptional beauty of the area, declared since 2000 as a Site of Community Importance (SCI), and with saws and Cambrón Burete are territory SPA bird protection and Protected Area and Wildlife Ecological Sensitivity Area.

The next meeting of the "Bicycle and nature will be Sunday April 29 with a circular route starting and finishing at Palm Zarcilla.
