The Councillor for Culture of the City of Lorca, Sandra Martinez, along with President of the chamber choir "Modus Novus" of our city, Jose Antonio Jodar, have reported that this coral formation has been selected to participate in a benefit concert to be to develop this Saturday at Valencia.
The mayor explained that this is a performance that will have a luxurious setting, as is the Palace of the Arts in Valencia, and will begin at 7 pm.
The event is organized by the Federation of Choirs of Valencia and the Valencia Arts Center, and proceeds will go to help the recovery of the Conservatory of Music "Narciso Yepes."
The concert, which involved 30 choirs of Valencia, in addition to the Chamber Choir 'Modus Novus' of Lorca and Cor Fecocova, seeks to send a message of hope to the artists, now and in the future, are formed in classrooms of the academy. 'Mil veus per Lorca' presents a varied program with popular music, contemporary, religious, African and gospel, and end with the joint interpretation of the adaptation of the Chamber Choir of the Second Quinzedemarç movement 'Ninth Symphony "by Anton Dvorak, 'La Pau is the cami' and ballad 'Song of Murcia of' Clubbing 'by Francisco Alonso.
