Councilman Sports City of Lorca, Augustine Flames, has reported that last Saturday was held May 19 at the House of Sport an attractive and interesting seminar entitled: "Pilates floor and tools," including in the area of ​​training and which was organized by the Department of Sports with Neosport.
The seminar was taught by Nieves Azana Cifuentes, instructor of the National Federation of Aerobics and Fitness and one of the most prestigious national experts in this discipline.
The course was essentially practical and attending the same could take note of the latest trends in Pilates, using among other materials: megabalones of fitball, the technique of TRX, elastic bands, hoops stabilizers and floor exercises without equipment.
Of note is the use of the course and the high level of satisfaction by all participants from different parts of the Region of Murcia and Alicante.
The next training activity will be the fourth Day of Soccer Coaches Resources, which will take place on June 30th, and will be dealt with in the form of workshops, some of the most crucial factors in the performance of a football team : early planning, training loads, game systems, psychological and injury prevention.
