6. - Dación account of the judgment on March 9, 2012 the Administrative Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of Murcia by dismissing the action brought by Martin Montiel SL against the agreement of February 16, 2007 .
It is recalled that the recommendations NOT VOTE account, but merely informs the components of the whole of its contents.
7. - Motion Joint Municipal all groups of support and solidarity with those affected by the earthquake of May 20, 2012 occurred in northern Italy.
Approved unanimously.
8. - Motion Municipal Socialist Group on health infrastructure.
Points will be voted separately, so that the points 1, 2 and 4 have been rejected (15 votes against (PP) and 9 in favor (IU + PSOE)).
Point 3 ° has been adopted unanimously.
9. - Motion Municipal Socialist Group on cash payment before May 31, 2012, of all aid granted and outstanding for any damage caused by the earthquake in Lorca.
Rejected (15 votes against (PP) and 9 in favor (IU + PSOE)).
The PP has submitted an amendment to an agreement which was approved unanimously.
10. - Socialist Municipal Group's Motion on request for repeal of Decree-Law 14/2012 of 20 April, on urgent measures to rationalize public spending on education.
Rejected (15 votes against (PP) and 9 in favor (IU + PSOE)).
11. - Motion of the Municipal Group United Left-Greens on boost the tourism sector of the municipality.
Approved unanimously.
12. - Motion of the Municipal Group United Left-Greens on economic revival of Lorca.
The PP has presented an alternative arrangement to that proposed in the motion, which reads as follows:
"That the city of Lorca, create a working group to analyze the economic situation of the city, the evolution of this, the effectiveness of actions taken and those that are being implemented, (industrials, commercials, reconstruction, prosecutors ...).
That the potential improvements identified by this table, can contribute to improving the city's economy, and move to appropriate public institutions for taking into consideration ".
With this new agreement only, the motion was approved unanimously.
13. - Motion of the Municipal Group United Left-Greens on capacity-builder of the agent in the legal town of Murcia.
This motion has declined following the submission of a joint motion on the subject (corresponding to No. 15 on the agenda).
14. - Motion jointly by all the municipal groups on upgrading of roads in Provincial Campillo.
Approved unanimously.
15 - Motion of all local groups on request to the region of a bill regulating the rebuilding forced substitution for urgent reconstruction of Lorca.
Approved unanimously.
