The City Council Public Safety of the City of Lorca, Maria Belen Perez reported that agents of the Unit of Public Safety BRAVO arrested on Sunday (June 17) at 4 in the morning to an individual as the alleged perpetrator robbery with violence.
The incident took place when members of the Unit were requested by a citizen who moments before had beaten two and a mobile phone stolen in a central street in Lorca (Jerome Santa Fe).
Then he scoured the area, intercepting one of the perpetrators, who was arrested for submission to the relevant judicial authority.
The other person who accompanied him, was later located at José Mouliaá, being a judge.
On the other hand, we proceeded, also by members of that unit, the arrest and subsequent remand in custody of a driver for committing a crime against road safety, giving a positive result when tested for the alcohol detection in blood.
Security Council Member stressed that "this is the first arrests made by the local police in our city within the special device that activated last week to mark the arrival of the holiday period. This plan is working, and we hope to continue in this way. "
