Perez Martinez explained that "the agents had knowledge of the facts when they were making a device Operative Prevention, at the height of Spot Gas Station Las Palmeras and found that the driver of a vehicle, to detect police presence, tried to evade doing avoiding action, but moments later was intercepted.
Once stopped and checked the vehicle was operated in a bag inside which contained heroin, stepping in some money as well, proceeding to the arrest of the two occupants of the vehicle, a 34 years old and the other 32, both with multiple records for commission of offense, for an alleged crime against public health, drug trafficking. "
