The mayor, a regular donor, has also donated this morning in the course of a journey to the effect that has developed in the Hall of the City Councils.
The Mayor of Lorca, Francisco Jodar, has taken part in the donation of blood that has developed this morning in the Councils of the City Hall, organized by the municipal councils and the Blood Donation Center.
The mayor, a regular donor, has taken the opportunity to encourage all to cooperate with Lorca campaigns carried out in our city to maintain adequate levels of blood bank.
Jodar has encouraged all citizens to cooperate with the Blood Donation Center "because when you donate blood is giving life. It is the act that best reflects the solidarity between people. Donations Save Lives."
Note that this day was organized on the occasion of World Blood Donor Day, which was commemorated on 14 June.
The Mayor reminded all interested in donating can contact every Thursday between 16 and 21 hours at the 5th floor of Santa Rosa de Lima.
The City Council gives two hours of free parking in the parking lot of St. Vincent to all donors.
