The IU-Green deputy, José Antonio Booming, said today that the 35 amendments proposed by his group to the bill of PP on the reconstruction of Lorca intended to facilitate the regulation of forced substitution reconstruction and ensure conflict resolution of interest between the owners.
Powerful has ensured that its amendments reflected a regulatory framework "more clear, precise and guarantor" in order to resolve situations "of ambiguity and uncertainty" in managing the process of rebuilding the city, with reference to existing legislation in Castilla La Mancha.
It has also indicated that the fact that his group did not present a counter-opinion is due to the need to implement urgently the draft law and to expedite the process for the rehabilitation of Lorca.
