A total of 10,704 cases have gone through the Commission, having approved aid for more than 36.6 million euros
The Joint Commission, established by Royal Decree-Law 6/2011 on measures to repair the damage caused by the earthquakes of May 2011 in Lorca, has given the go-ahead today to 69 applications for home repair, involving 369,702 euros aid, and aid for trade 10 by 49,465 euros.
In total, 419,167 Euro.
The meeting, held this afternoon at the headquarters of the Delegation of the Government, we have studied a total of 166 records of requests for assistance in stricken homes and shops damaged in the earthquake.
Participants in today's meeting the government delegate in the Region of Murcia, Joaquin Bascuñana, the Minister of Public Works and Planning, Antonio Sevilla, and technical representatives and government.
The Commission, which was established on May 25 last year in Lorca, is tasked with assessing and quantifying the aid granted to individuals under the lease applications, reconstruction, rehabilitation or repair of houses that constitute the usual residence, and for the replacement of household necessities.
Records examined by meetings and trade housing resolvent of the Joint Commission for a total of 10,704, representing aid worth 36.6 million euros, of which 5168 are for housing aid.
Of these, 4164 were for repairs (26,567,299 euros), 32 for reconstruction (2,381,751 euros) and 972 for rent (6,852,470 euros) and 154 for trade (798,727 euros).
