The municipal group of IU-Greens plus amazing Lorca, accused of intolerable that the mayor of Lorca, Mr. Valcárcel, the directors for the Government and Mr Rajoy so blatantly make fun of Lorca, by failing to take the measures due to the economic recovery of Lorca after the earthquakes of May 11, 2011.
First, during the summer of 2011, after the production of a document clearly improved and outstanding media hype, local policy makers and regional (Valcárcel and Jódar) launched a cracking finally balked at the parliamentary session of the Congress of Deputies September 13, 2011, as it did not show up and therefore not discussed the Plan Lorca.
From then until now, in successive meetings and hearings, alluded rulers have continued to fuel the hope for a "Plan Lorca", to which millions have been lowered as time has gone by, and this, as we know, to the light of the latest RD-Law 11/2012 of 30 March stipulating nine months for the submission of the Plan.
Newest and unprecedented are the statements of September 25, 2012 in which the mayor says that "the State Budget for 2012 will not include Lorca Plan", as he says, "will not be completed and approved to be seen" , hoping that "remaining open items for that purpose."
In this regard IU-Green urgently requested a formal meeting the mayor to discuss the issue in depth and in detail, in which IU-Greens strongly require measures to activate the economic recovery of Lorca, among them also, as regards the investments under the credit of 185 million euros from the European Investment Bank.
José García Murcia, spokesman Councillor IU-Greens group concludes that it is equally intolerable that the mayor, the day before the above statements, the extraordinary plenary session on the earthquake, had omitted to explain the details of the state in which the recovery was municipality's economic plan and specifically Lorca, as he was one of the important topics of debate.
