The Socialist Group lorquina expresses its solidarity with all those affected by the torrential rains that have been in the region of Guadalentín today, showing our condolences to the families of the victims.

We hope that normalcy returns as soon as possible both in Lorca, still punished for past earthquakes in May 2011, and in the neighboring town of Puerto Lumbreras.

We expect the rapid intervention of the various authorities in restoring damaged infrastructure, not to mention the damage sustained by many neighbors.

From the Socialist Group lorquina we ourselves available to both the authorities and the victims to assist in what they deem necessary.
