Renfe and Lorca Workshop of Time have signed an agreement to promote the historical and cultural city of Lorca by using the train.
Participants in the activities promoted by the association will have special rates if they move to Lorca in commuter trains core Murcia / Alicante.
The President of Renfe, Julio Gómez-Pomar, and the Mayor of Lorca, Francisco Jodar Alonso this morning signed the agreement at the booth of Renfe in International Tourism Fair, FITUR.
Through this agreement, Renfe offers 50% discount for groups of 10 or more passengers under 12 years of one-way trips or round and free ticket for one teacher for every 10 students, 40% for groups of 10 or more Travellers over 12 years in return trips, and 30% for one-way travel.
Meanwhile, Lorca Workshop of Time promotes its activities through special packages for groups of adults and school groups traveling by train.
Moreover, individual character travelers using local trains to reach Lorca will save 25% on any museum or space Lorca Workshop of Time with the presentation of the note dated the day of the visit, with origins in any Commuter station core of Murcia and Alicante and destination Sutullena or Lorca Lorca San Diego.
