Councilman Sports City of Lorca, Augustine Llamas, reported that the association Naltura, Climbing and Adventure in collaboration with the Department of Sports, the Youth Council of Lorca and Nova Sports have organized a course in Introduction to Sport Climbing .
This course will develop on 5, 6 and 7 April and will consist of an indoor session to be held on Friday afternoon, and in which all participants will gain theoretical information regarding the conduct of knots, placement correct harness and first contact with the climbing gear, and two practice sessions that will be held on Saturday and Sunday at the Valley Regional Park and Carrascoy.
Among the contents to be taught include: types of climbing, climbing gear, assurances systems, knots, stretching, etc..
This activity is included in the program designed by reason of Lorca, European City of Sport 2013.
There is a maximum of 15 No places.
