The incident took place at noon yesterday.
The arrested were carrying bags prepared to circumvent alarm systems and used a car parked in the train station as a storage.
The vehicle was detained by the local police, being located inside clothes worth over 830 euros.
The Public Safety Councillor City of Lorca, María Belén Pérez, has reported that local police officers arrested at noon yesterday to two people who were caught stealing in several shops in the Avenida Juan Carlos I.
The mayor explained that around 12:30 unit members Proximity and Prevention and Public Safety Task Force Traffic & Transport Local Police came to the arrest of two people.
About 11 o'clock the employees of some businesses of Juan Carlos I informed the local police of the presence of two women of foreign nationality (ie Romanian) of suspected thefts that could be making garments in shops.
Once communication disclosed to units of local police, around 12:30 was localized to a woman who answered the physical reviews provided by employees of various establishments, and subsequently located another woman who also corresponded with the descriptions provided.
Security Councilwoman noted that the findings made could verify that dark bags carrying were prepared to inhibit alarm systems at their disposal facilities to prevent theft of clothes.
After identifying and making appropriate inquiries tourism was located parked in the vicinity of the railway station that was used by these people as a storage point subtracted garments establishments.
Inside the car, which was operated by the local police, they found several backpacks full of clothes that still had the security seal, which combined amount exceeds 830 euros.
Perez Martinez noted that the two arrested were taken to police station, where they instructed the relevant proceedings for transmission to the Police Court.
