Given the difficult situation we are experiencing, it is necessary that the work be exerted Policy correcting the abuses found in a perverse system that is primed with the weakest.

Agreements that contain the motion will be:

First. - Create a Social Fund in 2013 endowed with 50,000 euros to offset the tax increase of urban values, and even explore the possibility of introducing the measure retroactive to collect cases since 2008, of those citizens who have been executed or has been resorted to in lieu of payment of his residence and has no other material and financial means to take on this tax.
