The regional deputy Manuel Soler alleged that the regional government is breaking the law passed in the Regional Assembly, which forces him to realize the projects implemented by government in Lorca for the recovery of the city after the earthquake of May 2011.
The Socialist parliamentary group has stepped forward initiatives relating to the town of Lorca, in the clouding of the regional government to provide information on the process of rehabilitation of this county.
Soler denounced the "unwarranted delay" recovery underway in the city.
"It will serve two years of the tragic event and the regional government is not putting the economy where it belongs. Moreover, we still do not know the resources of the consortium, still does not start the reconstruction of Lorca Health Center-Center while the Fire Station is in a very precarious position to be located in an industrial building that qualifies for this type of service. "
Socialist MP has asked the regional government in several parliamentary initiatives (written question and a motion), when it plans the Autonomous Community rehabilitation and improvement of the facilities of the Fire Station in Lorca, or building new ones that meet the conditions adequate for good service.
Soler added that it is also necessary to know the economic value that the Insurance Compensation Consortium entered in the accounts of the Autonomous Region in compensation for the damage to those facilities, and what were the reasons why the money has not been used in the rehabilitation or reconstruction of facilities Lorca Park Fire; "amount that under Emergency Lorca councilor and vice president of the Consortium for Fire Fighting, Eduardo Sanchez Abad, at the time amounted to 300,000 euros."
