The Minister of Culture and Tourism, Pedro Alberto Cruz, accompanied by the Director of Fine Arts and Cultural Heritage and Archives and Libraries of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports, Jesus Prieto, and the mayor of Lorca, Francisco Jodar opens tomorrow Wednesday, April 24th (at 16:30 pm in the Parador de Turismo de Lorca) the Heritage Council.
Previously at 16:15 pm and will address the media.
Lorca host the 72nd meeting of the Heritage Council, attended by representatives of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports, as well as regional directors responsible for Culture and Heritage skills.
For the first time, will feature as guests, representatives of the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP).
On the occasion of the commemoration in 2013 of the tenth anniversary of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Convention, the National Intangible Heritage and the commemoration will be the single theme of the meeting to be held tomorrow, Wednesday and Thursday.
Over these two days, also will be the presentation of the National Heritage Education, will discuss the Recovery Plan Lorca and consider proposals for nominations for the next World Heritage Committee, among others.
