Neighbors save the additional cost of the drainage works, water supply, electricity and connections indicating municipal regulations
The Ministry of Public Works and Planning services bear the costs arising from the reconstruction of the buildings in the neighborhood of La Viña Lorca thanks to urban regeneration plan that will undertake the Autonomous Region in the city of Lorca during the next two years.
So it sent the Director General of Planning and Housing, Yolanda Muñoz, representatives of the homeowners Virgin of Bethlehem neighborhood of La Viña Lorca during a meeting this week.
This community brings together a total of 32 apartments in two blocks located in the streets Gardeners number 4 and 6, 7 and Bakery, Vintage 8.
Yolanda Muñoz explained that residents will save the additional cost of the works involving sanitation, water supply, electricity and connections to those who are required by municipal law, the owners of the buildings that have to be rebuilt.
"The Ministry of Public Works and Planning will be responsible for the expenses involved in these services due to the comprehensive renovation work carried out by the Community in this neighborhood, that have come to public notice," said the director .
This is a new additional aid for reconstruction, in the words of Yolanda Muñoz, "the regional government makes available to those affected and the neighbors have welcomed because it will mean an average saving of 5,000 euros per household".
Grants and allowances
During the meeting held at the Directorate General of Land and Housing also talked about public subsidies regulating the Royal Decree-Law 6/2011, in particular, in the community of Our Lady of Bethlehem and owners are all pending payment.
Moreover, the director said that the neighbors and are ready to tackle the reconstruction of the blocks as they have already received compensation from the Insurance Compensation Consortium.
Regarding additional aid next State Housing Plan 2013-2016, Yolanda Muñoz said the regional government's commitment to negotiate its implementation through negotiation with the Ministry of Development.
