The regional deputy Ana Aquilino has reported on the approval last week by the Regional Assembly of a motion to boost Espartaria project that runs through the northern districts of Lorca.
The motion was filed by the Popular Parliamentary Group and approved unanimously by all groups of the Assembly.
Aquilino said that "the Regional Assembly approved promote this initiative and urge the Regional Governing Council to push ahead with the enhancement of the same. This is a project launched by the various neighborhood associations in North councils the municipality in collaboration with the City of Lorca ".
The regional deputy stressed that "Espartaria Project has to be a catalyst for all these districts for their environmental qualities, historical and cultural. Performing the same will create synergies between them, ensuring the preservation of the customs, traditions and cuisine of northern Lorca. But it will be an economic boost for the entire area and the dynamism of new shopping options for residents of Coy, La Paca, Doña Inés, Avilés, Las Terrenas, Zarzadilla Totana Zarcilla, The Parish and the Corner the Carranzas ".
