The Full Council of Lorca has unanimously approved the initiative of Alderman Economics Consistory Lorca, Luis Amador, a modification of the tax ordinance increasing the value of urban land that benefit families mortgaged to as Royal Decree Law 6/2012 of 9 March would be eligible for payment in kind.

The same discounts will apply to the premises allocated to the exercise of the activity of the individual firm or professional business or family of the deceased, will require that the successor maintain the exercise of economic activity over the next five years, unless it dies within of that term.
